Taste of Cape Town

Big Green Egg, The Official Barbeque of Choice of Taste Festivals, is proud to partner with Robertson’s Spice in bringing The Butcher Block to Taste of Cape Town. Between 3 and 6 April 2014, Green Point Cricket Club will play host to a variety of award-winning chefs, pop up restaurants and themed eateries, such as The Butcher Block.

Meat experts, such as Braeside Meat Market, will share the “field to plate” experience with festival goers who will enjoy seeing the versatility of the Big Green Egg put to the test by demonstrating chef, Craig Elliot. Guests can look forward to learning more about the various cuts of meats and how to best prepare them at home.
