During the recent Cook Franschoek festival, sous chef at Le Quartier Francais , Vani Padayachee, wowed workshop guests with her culinary skills as she taught them how to temper their own spices and prepare fragrant tandoori chicken cooked on two mini Big Green Eggs.

Margot Janse’s sous chef, Vanie Padayachee, will be demonstrating Tandoori style chicken cooked on the Big Green Egg in the culinary capital of South Africa, Franschoek. Temper your own spices and learn Vanie’s family recipe. The Saturday demo is SOLD OUT, but tickets can still be purchased online at webtickets for Friday’s 10am slot.
