2 large onions
1 can of tomatoes
1 punnet of good quality boerewors
10 – 12 Minutes
1. Brown the sliced onions and tomatoes and allow the smoor to thicken.
2. Braai wors until just cooked.
3. Cut the bread dough into rectangles of 20cmx30cm and starting at the bottom, place a piece of boerie and tomato/onion mix on the dough. Fold over and cut with a pizza cutter.
4. Brush with a beaten egg mixture and bake on a baking sheet or Plate Setter or Pizza Stone at 180◦C for 10 – 12 minutes.
