Grilled Island Burger

Ingredients:

  • ½ kg quality ground beef
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tbs each finely chopped red onion, coriander and soy sauce
  • 2 tsp finely chopped chillies
  • 1 tbs pineapple juice

Cooking and Prep Time:

30 Minutes

Steps:

1. Combine all ingredients and shape into 4 man-sized patties.
2. Coat cooking grid with non-stick cooking spray and braai at approximately 204◦C until done.
3. Serve on wholeweat buns with pineapple rings.
