Viva Italiano! Spice up your next grilling night with tasty calzones made fresh with your favorite ingredients! Works great for filled pastries and stuffed turnovers too!

USE: Roll dough on a BGE Dough Rolling Mat or a lightly floured surface to approximately 3 mm thickness. Use the bottom of open press to cut a circle of dough. Transfer dough circle onto the concave side of the press; fill one side with approximately ½ cup / 125 ml of your favorite savory or sweet filling. For best results, brush outside rim of dough with water before closing press firmly to seal calzone.

Set the EGG® for indirect cooking at 232°C and preheat a Pizza/Baking Stone.

Transfer the calzone from the press to a preheated stone and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown. Delizioso … divertiti!

CARE: Dishwasher safe, top rack only. Do not use abrasive scrubbers.

CAUTION: Use press only to form calzone. Not for use in the EGG.
