Experience more flexible cooking with the Big Green Egg Split Heat Deflector. Designed for true dual-zone cooking, it lets you grill over direct heat on one side while gently cooking with indirect heat on the other - so entrées and sides finish together. Made from Big Green Egg’s improved ceramic, it delivers more usable cooking space for consistently better results.

Dual-Zone Cooking Made Easy: Create direct and indirect heat zones so you can cook your entire meal on the Egg at once.

Even Heat, More Space: Designed for even heat distribution over the indirect cooking zone and maximize your total usable cooking surface.

Upgraded Ceramic Performance: Improved ceramic delivers consistent heat and protects food at the edges.
