Award winning chef and Ultimate Braai Master judge, Bertus Basson, recently put his own XLarge EGG to good use at his Overture restaurant’s Gourmet Braai and Wine Festival where he served delicious pork tenderloin steaks and crispy crackling on a corn salad with guacamole.
