Enjoy an Easter themed cooking demonstration at award-winning 9th Avenue Bistro in Morningside, Durban on 8 April 2014. Chef Graham Neilson, a recent EGG convert, will showcase the EGG’s versatility to perfection with a hands on demonstration of a 3 course menu.
- Tortilla wraps with slow roasted rabbit haunch, mustard mayonnaise, tomato salsa and onion jam.
- Stuffed rabbit loin with bacon, sweetcorn and miso with potato mash.
- Roast figs with Gorgonzola, white chocolate ice cream and candied pecans.
R300pp includes demonstration, complimentary wine, recipe and apron. A cash bar will be available.
