Casalinga Ristorante in Muldersdrift, Gauteng, recently hosted their annual Olives and Vineyards Festival. Authorised dealer, Braai and Fireplaceman, partnered with Braeside Meat Market for this 2 day event. Together, they served over 300 gourmet boerie rolls. Delicious fillings included venison, bree and rocket, beef and caramelised onion and lamb and tzatziki.
