Acclaimed chef, Peter Tempelhoff, heads up Greenhouse restaurant in Cape Town. Chef has been an EGGHead for a few years and we’re honoured to once again team up with him and his culinary team for the Cape Wine Auction.

The mandate for the Cape Wine Auction is to raise funds for education in the South African winelands. This fundraising event stretches over two days and gives guests the chance to bid on once-off auction lots for a good cause.

Pete teams up with PJ Vadas (whose first job happened to be for Gordon Ramsey, nogal). PJ Vadas, also known as the King of Pork, recently opened Hog House Bakery and Cafe at Spier in Stellenbosch. Both chefs have cooked on the Big Green Egg EGGstensively (of course) and promise a delectable lunch on Saturday, 13 February.
