Asking the question “If modernity is sexy, is tradition passé?” the weekend’s festivities kicks off with an educational wine tasting. Bertus Basson welcomes guests to an intimate dinner thereafter where the EGGs versatility will be showcased through a sophisticated, yet simple, menu. Buitenverwachting Wine Estate plays host to a relaxed wine and food tour on the Saturday, where Peter Tempelhoff and other passionate chefs can be expected to serve fabulous food cooked on a Big Green Egg.
