We’ve been talking about Seafood braais this week in the run up to the 2nd episode of Ultimate Braai Master which airs on etv on 18/09/2014 at 8:30pm. In this challenge, contestants had the chance to get a little bit more familiar with the Big Green Egg which they first came across when judges Bertus Basson and Petrus Madutlela cooked a welcome dinner on 4 EGGs at Bertus’ Overture restaurant.
