We’ve long loved the work of South African chef, Bertus Basson. His involvement with EGGcademy at Overture Restaurant has seen the EGG movement grow rapidly in the Western Cape. In fact, EGGheads wanting to secure a seat at one of his demos often put their names on a waiting list a few months long! His passion for simple yet fabulous South African cuisine is evident and comes across in these small, hands-on classes.
