Durban EGGheads had an opportunity to enjoy a Christmas-themed menu last night at 9th Avenue Bistro. Award-winning chef, Graham Neilson, again hosted the night for us and guests tucked into

  • Grilled salmon with an asparagus, avo and radish salad dressed in an egg yolk dressing
  • Pork collar steak with pineapple and mulled wine spice with creamy cabbage, potato gateaux and chestnuts
  • Fig Tarte Tatin with Gorgonzola Ice Cream

Owning an EGG at home and at his new restaurant, The Boiler Room, Graham is well-placed to answer any EGG-related questions such as how to control the temperature, what accessory is the best for the job at hand, etc.
