Last night, guests indulged in a holiday themed menu cooked on the Big Green Egg. The inspired menu, created by chef Arnold Tanzer of Food on the Move, included:

  • Salt Baked Fish with Fennel and Grapefruit Salad
  • Stout and Molasses Pork Loin Ham
  • Holiday Turkey with Stuffing Green Mango Relish
  • Roasted Nectarines, Ice Cream and Biscotti

With wine sponsored by The Wolftrap, meat provided by Braeside Meat Market and spice for the night delivered by Robertsons Spices, it was another magical event.
