Joburg foodies finally had the chance to EGGsperience EGGcademy on 25/09/2014.
The Miele Bryanston showroom was kitted out for our guests to cook a 3 course meal on the 4 Big Green Eggs set up in the courtyard outside. Chef Arnold Tanzer guided guests to pair up into teams of 4 and then allocated a menu item to each team. Some teams grilled, while others smoked, while others baked. After all, the Big Green Egg is known for its versatility!
The menu incorporated elements from Robertsons Spices and Braeside Meat Market which all went down well with The Wolftrap wine selection guests could enjoy.

- Grill Tomato Gazpacho
- Steak with Marrow Butter and Beetroot
- Grilled Pineapple, Smoked Ice Cream and Yoghurt Crumble
