Ingredients:
- Good quality puff pastry
- Passata or Tomato Sauce
- Fresh tomatoes
- Mozzarella
- Fresh basil leaves
Cooking Time:
20 minutes
Steps:
- Set the EGG to 180◦C.
- Place a sheet of puff pastry on a lined baking tray and score an indentation with a knife, about 1cm from the edge.
- Spread the tomato sauce or passata lightly over the middle square, top with fresh tomatoes and mozzarella and bake in the EGG for 20 minutes.
- Top with fresh basil leaves.
