For the second year, Big Green Egg is joining cooking forces with Joburg butcher, Caroline McCann of Braeside Meat Market in bringing The Ultimate Cooking Experience to the Food Wine Design Fair (now known as the Sanlam HandMade Contemporary Food Wine Design Fair).

This design fair is more of a boutique outdoor market featuring specialty foods, micro breweries, handmade furniture and top wine labels.
