Catching up with our favourite EGGheads is always fun and this cooking class in Bryanston was particularly EGGciting!
Our menu paid tribute to Braai Day and our guests learnt how to bake, smoke and grill on the EGG.
The menu included:
- Tasty tomato tart
- Steamed asparagus with homemade mayo
- Bacon donuts
- Creamy lemon and baby marrow pasta with artichokes
- Smoked lamb belly and Moroccan sausages
- Chocolate custard cake and homemade berry ice cream
